For over 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding leaders, organizations, and high performers through transformative journeys — blending ancient wisdom, neuroscience, and modern leadership to unlock deeper self-mastery and lasting impact. My career has taken me across sectors such as finance, FMCG, NGOs, insurance, and consulting, mostly within the Human Resources and HR Development space, where I’ve worked with some of the most influential organizations and individuals. 


My own path to consciousness has led me on a personal exploration around the globe — from Ashrams in India to temples in the East and indigenous tribe work in Africa. I continue to seek these experiences as often as possible, knowing that the wisdom I gather deeply informs the work I do with others.


Through my PhD research on transformative conscious leadership and global inclusivity, I’ve come to understand that true leadership isn’t about authority — it’s about awareness, intentionality, and the courage to lead from an authentic place. I believe this mindset is the key to real change.

While the work I do is deeply impactful, it is grounded in practical, results-driven strategies, not in abstract or overly spiritual concepts. The approach I take is rooted in science and proven methodologies, designed to help you achieve measurable outcomes while aligning with your higher purpose.


My work is not for everyone, and I’m OK with that. I collaborate with a select group of high-level individuals and leadership teams who are ready to go beyond traditional success and embrace a more profound, purpose-driven way of leading and living. Whether through exclusive invitation-only retreats, private coaching, or strategic facilitation, I craft immersive experiences that spark deep transformation, personal expansion, and lasting impact.


Confidentiality and discretion are central to my approach. The nature of this work requires a space where leaders can be fully open, unfiltered, and committed to their own transformation.

I’m based in Gauteng, South Africa, but I work with clients globally. Outside of work, I’m a gardener at heart, a ceramist by chance, and a passionate traveler. I share my life with my soulmate, our dog, and our cat. When I’m not working or reading, you’ll likely find me binge-watching a great series or connecting with nature.
